When I was a child in the 1970’ I loved the charm bracelets that were very popular. They were expensive so I didn’t manage to collect a many charms and still cherish today the one’s I did collect. It was with this in mind when a fellow jeweller turned up in the workshop with a bag of vintage charms. I was like that child again sorting through them. He has let me purchase a few and I have attached this lovely boat to a chain to form a bracelet which is more in keeping with today’s fashion. The bracelet measures 22cm long and can be adjusted to be shorter

The silver links on this chain have been formed using the texture of a leaf from a Ginkgo tree. Between some of the links I have used fresh water pearls 7-10mm each which are cream, blue and green in shade. The chain is 1cm wide and 103 cm long which enables you to wear it long or wrap it round twice for a shorter necklace. I have made a matching toggle clasp which is easy to open.
Ocean Jasper necklace with shades of colours greens, greys, creams and golden tones. They are irregular in shape and have been arranged at the front of the necklace spaced with twig shaped pieces of silver. I have then attached them to a hollow silver hoop and it fastens with a hook and eye at the back. Approximate length 46cm

As is typical of the Germans these stones are beautifully cut and are smooth onion dome shape 15mm long. I have made ear studs out of frosted silver cubes making them 30mm long in total.
The sterling silver for this bangle has been textured with lace in my rollers to create the pattern before I began forming its shape. I always enjoy making bangles as it takes me back to my silversmithing day’s of hammering sheets of silver. This bangle is 14mm deep the inner diameter is 6.5 cm.
This necklace consists of beautiful freeform Hematite crystals. The Inclusions in the gemstones give lovely patterns. The beads are in hues of orange, red and pink. It is very delicate looking and most unusual. I have placed silver torpedo like silver beads in the necklace for contrast. Approximatley 45cm Long and each nugget is about 1cm in diameter.
